Adrift Kolsch

4.1% ABV

A classic German ale. A super refreshing style for all occasions. Lightly bittered with a slight herbal spice.
Ingredients: Malts- Pilsner, Wheat, Vienna, Acidulated
Hops- Hersbrucker

Adrift Lager

5% ABV

A refreshing, easy drinking Helles style lager. Perfect for a thirst quencher after a hard day fishing.
Ingredients: Malts- Pilsner, Carapils, Carahell
Hops- Saaz, Tettnang

Adrift Pale

5.3% ABV

Adrift Pale has medium bitterness and aromas of classic American hops.
Dry hopped to deliver the aroma and flavour expected by the pale ale connoisseur.
Ingredients: Malts- Pilsner, Carahell, Munich, Cara rye, oats
Hops- Cascade, Mosaic

HAZY PALE ALE

This fruit driven hazy has low bitterness and uses Citra and Amarillo hops to get it’s juicy feel.
Ingredients: Malts- Pale, malted oats, wheat
Hops- Citra, Amarillo

Adrift Ginger Beer

4.2% ABV

Crisp, lightly sweetened and zingy, with small additions of honey and lemon zest in the process.
Ingredients: Ginger, lemon zest, honey

BRUTUS WHEATUS WEISSBIER

4.7% ABV

A classic German style Weissbier with all German ingredients. Named after, and originally brewed for the head brewer’s Uncle Brutus! This beer is super mild on bitterness and delivers smooth banana and clove notes in aromas.
Ingredients: Malt- Wheat, Pilsner, Munich
Hops- Hersbrucker

FOXY IPA

5.3% ABV

A dank and hoppy Amber coloured IPA with caramel malt notes and a piney finish. Drink any time!
Ingredients: Malts- Pale, Caramel, Carafa malt
Hops- Mosaic, Simcoe

AUTUMN LAGER

4.9% ABV

A malty Aussie Lager, bringing medium bitterness with caramel undertones. Perfect for warm Autumn days.
Ingredients: Malts- Pale, Munich
Hops- Cluster, Perle

GERMAN PILS

5% ABV

A classic German brew with Noble hop aromas. This well aged Lager is refreshingly crisp with moderate herbal flavours and a balanced bitter finish, with an IBU of 40.
Malts- German Pilsner malt, German Carahell
Hops- Hersbrucker and Mittelfrueh
